The Q-N-AIR II
Description
A flexible, mobile containment enclosure, mounted on a mobile and rigid platform, equipped with a HEPA motor-fan that transforms a wall or a ceiling worksite into a negative pressure work zone.
Characteristics
The containment unit is now made of self-extinguishing vinyl. This means it will burn when subjected to flames, but will immediately stop burning once the source of fire is withdrawn.
The enclosure's top portion is a transparent 20-gauge polythene material, which will cover the top 50 cm (20 in) of the cubicle.
The containment unit allows the worker to reach ceiling tiles and/or sections through a full-perimeter zipper opening located at the top of the unit.
Wall work is accomplished through a 140 cm (56 in) wide zippered opening which runs the entire height of the enclosure. This hatch is also braced by small side and bottom cover wings ensuring that all dust and particles generated during the task are kept out of external areas.
All zippered openings have Velcro fasteners allowing a worker to roll up the hatches, for as long as needed to insert necessary tools and hardware while working.
The soft wall mobile containment enclosure is now secured to the top and bottom frames by the use of snaps. Unlike previous models, this new feature will prevent dust from accumulating in the Velcro attachments.
The seams of upgraded model are now soldered instead of sewn to prevent accumulation of dust within the enclosure's interior seams.

70 cm (28 in) wide, 150 cm (60 in) long, and 285 cm (114 in) high.
